Facebook’s share button should not restrict sharing on Profiles only
I think that Facebook’s “Share” button should not only allow you to share something on your Profile wall, but also let you post your share on the wall of any page your are a fan of, or any group you are a member of.
Trying to think of why Facebook doesn’t do this, all I came up with is this: Posting a share on a Fan Page instead of your own wall would not push it on the news feeds of page fans so it wouldn’t spread as it would if you published it on your own wall. But this is not a good enough reason for omitting this functionality.

So here is what I would suggest to Facebook to do about this.
The share dialog should include a drop-down list which lists all the pages you are a member of (or at least all the pages you are an administrator of), plus all the groups you are a member of (or at least the groups you are an administrator of), and let you pick where you want to share your post. By default the drop-down list should have your own profile selected so that the overall behavior of the share dialog does not change.
This could also create a story on your own stream saying that user X shared something on fan page Y via user Z and possibly include the shared item as an attachment to the story.
